Driving History

• A person who is 18 years of age must possess proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the date of the MVR evaluation.

• No more than two driving‑related violations in the two years immediately preceding the date of the MVR.
• No more than three driving‐related violations in the three years immediately preceding the date of the MVR.
• No more than one at‑fault accident in the three years preceding the date of the MVR.
• Leaving the scene of an accident.
• Hit and Run.
• Reckless Driving.
• Any driving violations involving drugs or alcohol.
• Vehicular homicide or assault.
• Unlawful Racing and Exhibition Driving.
• Eluding or Attempting to Allude an officer.
