We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Chesterfield location on Olive Boulevard. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Supervise and manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed consistently
• Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and support their professional development
• Create and manage staff schedules while optimizing labor resources and maintaining service quality
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and facility conditions; report discrepancies and coordinate necessary repairs
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Maintain open communication with team members and upper management; address concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local requirements

Qualifications
