Job summary

Confidential Search in Woodburn, Oregon seeks a Senior Shift Leader to supervise the restaurant team on assigned shifts, uphold opening and closing procedures, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will lead with strong communication, coach staff, manage cash and inventory basics, and help drive sales targets in a fast-paced environment with weekend and holiday hours.
