Job summary

Aloma Cinema Grill in Winter Park, FL is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensure guest service excellence, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant operations preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable.
• Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
• Must have own transportation and phone.
