Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Westlake, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support leadership. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth shifts, drive local store marketing, and mentor team members through performance and training initiatives.

This role requires a customer-focused leader with hospitality experience, openness to early hours, and a commitment to consistent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.
• Willingness to start work at 4 am and maintain open availability.
• Background in the smile-making business with a customer-focused mindset.
