Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to help deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure food quality and cleanliness across the restaurant. You will supervise a team of 4-12, schedule shifts, and assist with inventory, ordering, and event planning.

This role requires strong communication, prior restaurant supervisory experience, and ability to operate the POS system. Training is provided; full-time or part-time hours vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory duties preferred.

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
