This role emphasizes training, safety, and operational excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified is required.
• Experience developing store teams and coaching staff.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and service principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring and training of restaurant staff.
• Build a bench of holding managers and team members for seamless operation.
• Maintain excellent customer service and enforce service principles.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting and scheduling processes.
• Ensure health, safety and brand standards are met on shifts.
