Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations.
• Participate in recruiting and training staff.
• Provide feedback and motivate team members.
• Schedule employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Handle financial tasks as assigned.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Age requirement varies by state: 18+ or 21+.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it.
• Flexible to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to learn, especially in Tennessee for Topshelf Manager Training.
