Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure top guest service. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and coach a team of hourly staff to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, safe environment.

You will monitor inventory, enforce brand standards, coordinate maintenance, and uphold cash controls while building a motivated team capable of meeting speed-of-service goals.

• Directs restaurant team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary

Overview

Assistant Managers (AM) are the operations leaders of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest service, people development and operations management. Assistant Managers support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in coordinating daily operations. Assistant Managers operate under the direction of the RGM and manage a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
