Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operating excellence across our Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations. You will coach and develop a high‑performing team, manage daily operations, ensure food safety and brand standards, and drive sales initiatives with a hospitality‑first mindset.

• Partner with the General Manager on sales initiatives, cost control, and shift readiness.
• Promote an upbeat, hospitality‑first culture where teams feel supported and empowered.
