Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and brand execution. You will lead the team on shift, train staff, and ensure policies are followed to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities include managing the line, promoting in-store promotions, maintaining food safety, and controlling costs while ensuring quality and a positive guest experience.

• Uphold product quality standards.
• Work the line as needed; promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions.
• Execute and enforce food safety requirements.
• Monitor food costs, labor, waste, and cash; count drawers daily.
• Complete any additional e-learning as required.
