Schlotzsky's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead guest relations, staff development, and store growth. You will collaborate with the management team to execute a strategic vision for the restaurant, fostering a culture that delivers exceptional food and service.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing team members while supporting the GM in daily operations, scheduling, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required; supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role; previous AGM experience is helpful but not required

• Supports the GM in coaching, training, and developing team members
• Helps create a positive and productive team culture through professionalism and accountability
• Leads by example during shifts, demonstrating service, efficiency, and adherence to standards
• Participates in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback under GM guidance

Work Ethic & Physical Requirements
