Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required; supervisory or shift lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus.
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role; AGM experience helpful but not required.
• Leadership & Team Development; supports the GM in coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Helps create a positive and productive team culture through professionalism and accountability.
• Leads by example during shifts, demonstrating service, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
• Participates in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback under GM guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, and cash handling.
• Help with inventory control, food cost tracking, and loss prevention.
• Learn and support analysis of P&L statements and key performance metrics.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures and brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Address guest concerns promptly; escalate more complex issues to the GM.
• Promote guest engagement and loyalty programs; operate POS and learn scheduling software.
