Job summary

Taco Bell franchise seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure duties, inventory, and financial accountability are managed while serving safe, high-quality food in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards under the franchisee.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide others when needed.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
