Job summary

Taco Bell in Rutland, VT is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager. You will guide shifts, uphold Taco Bell standards, and take ownership to solve problems while helping others succeed.

Responsibilities include ensuring team members and shift managers complete duties, managing inventory and finances, serving safe, quality food, and maintaining a safe work environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment; P&L responsibility implied by role.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making ability.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
