Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise who will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will take ownership to solve problems, guide others, ensure inventory and financial accountability, and serve safe, quality food in a friendly environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill

Responsibilities

• Ensure shifts run smoothly and align with Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Lead Team Members and Shift Managers to complete all duties and provide excellent service.
• Create a safe, welcoming place for employees and customers while maintaining quality food.

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
