Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for an on-site Taco Bell franchise in New York. The AGM will support the Restaurant General Manager, run shifts, uphold standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Management responsibilities include inventory control, P&L accountability, and safe, friendly operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
