Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise location in New York. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by leading shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards, and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, managing inventory and financial accountability, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
