Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, run shifts, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You will oversee team members, manage inventory and financials, ensure safe, quality food, and maintain a welcoming, safe workplace for staff and guests.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and accounting skills, and must be at least 18 years old. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
