Chico's in Merrick, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience. You will drive store performance, coach associates, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming setting.

Responsibilities include hiring and development, product knowledge sharing, and executing inventory and visual merchandising. Expect a dynamic schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
