Job summary

Dandy-Mini-Mart in Campbell, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the TEAM and support the Store Manager in our fast and fun store environment.

You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, communicating store needs, and preparing to take on managerial duties when needed. The role requires a High School diploma and proficiency with MS Office.

What You’ll Do:

Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM and help provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience.

Communicate well with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.

Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.

Other Info:

Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10–20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.

All Assistant Manager candidates must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment.
