Job summary

Dandy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead TEAM Members and assist the Store Manager at our Ithaca location. You’ll help deliver excellent customer service and run daily operations in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, retail experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.

Other Info:

Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.

All Assistant Manager candidates must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment.
