Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Regular Full-Time Assistant Manager in Unityville, PA. You will lead TEAM Members, support the Store Manager, and contribute to a fast, friendly Dandy experience for guests.

Your role includes ensuring smooth store operations, communicating with the Store Manager, and stepping into managerial duties when needed. A two-year retail background, driver’s license, and software proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and will be required to complete an MVR check and background check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM and help provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.

Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.

Other Info:

Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10–20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.

All Assistant Manager candidates must have a valid driver's license and will be required to complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment.
