Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, owner of a Taco Bell franchise in New York, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and run shifts to meet Taco Bell standards.

You will ensure team members complete duties, manage inventory and finances, and serve safe, quality food. The role also emphasizes maintaining a safe, friendly workplace for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
