Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in Albion, NY. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts, maintaining standards, and ensuring safe, quality food and service.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory and finances, and upholding a welcoming, safe environment for staff and customers. 18+ with basic computer skills required; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards by supporting the Restaurant General Manager.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
