Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a store leadership team member in Ohio to help manage operations and lead a team in delivering a premium store experience. You would oversee employee management, stock movement, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training, stepping in as acting Operations Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates are results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable guiding others in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store-to-store transfer documents and related receiving paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Performs tasks to execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and company directives while maintaining customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
• Could perform task that execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, company directives, and compliance to include ongoing maintenance that impacts the customer experience
