Job summary

Foot Locker in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a store leader to help run daily operations and deliver a premium customer experience. You will manage a team, handle merchandise flow, and support the Operations Manager to ensure stock, visuals, pricing, and training align with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to the appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer locate orders.
• Reconcilies store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Could perform tasks that execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to customer experience standards.
