Job summary

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise in Toledo, OH, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence in a fast-paced QSR environment.

You will coach and develop team members, manage shifts, uphold food safety and quality standards, handle deposits and inventory, and work with the team to deliver outstanding pizzas and great customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant/QSR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers! Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader ready to advance, you'll help lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.

You’ll be coached and developed, not just handed a key ring.

Pay & Schedule

• $13-18per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 20 hours per week availability)
• Evening and weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork
• Work alongside your team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed

What You Bring

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Must be 18 or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required
