Job summary

AJD Pizza is a locally owned Domino's franchise in Ohio seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead shifts and uphold service and food safety standards. Whether you are an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader, you can advance with us.

You’ll be coached and developed through a structured leadership program, with hands-on training, milestones, and certification that pave the way from Assistant Manager to General Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or Supervisor in a restaurant or QSR.
• Ability to lead shifts and maintain service standards.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers! Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader ready to advance, you'll help lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.

You’ll be coached and developed, not just handed a key ring.

Pay & Schedule

• $13–$18per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 20 hours per week availability)
• Evening and weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork
• Work alongside your team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed

What You Bring

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be 18 or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required
