Job summary

AJD Pizza is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead fast-paced QSR operations at our locally owned Domino's franchise. You'll be coached and developed, with opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to General Manager.

This role offers an hourly pay range and requires evening/weekend availability, with full-time and part-time opportunities and the potential to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant or QSR.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage daily operations while upholding service standards.

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers! Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader ready to advance, you'll help lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.

You'll be coached and developed, not just handed a key ring.

Pay & Schedule

• $13–$18per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 20 hours per week availability)
• Evening and weekend availability required

What You'll Do

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork
• Work alongside your team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed

What You Bring

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be 18 or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required
