Job summary

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise in Canton Charter Township, Michigan, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead our fast-paced QSR operations.

You will be coached and developed through a structured leadership program, with opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to General Manager while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining food safety and team performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards
• Coach, train, and develop team members

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers! Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader ready to advance, you'll help lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.

You’ll be coached and developed, not just handed a key ring.

Pay & Schedule

• $15–$19per hour, based on experience and certifications
• Full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 20 hours per week availability)
• Evening and weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards

What You Bring

• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be 18 or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required
