Job summary

Jimmy John's is looking for energetic Assistant Managers for several locations. The Natelli Group Family currently has ten Jimmy John's locations with plenty of opportunity for growth throughout our organization!

Our Assistant Managers are trained and mentored by our store management team to master the day-to-day responsibilities of opening and closing shift within 30-60 days, dependent upon individual development.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast casual dining is a plus and necessary in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts within 30-60 days, under guidance from store management.
• Work 40-50 hours per week with a fixed schedule, on-site at multiple Jimmy John's locations.

We are looking for full-time Assistant Managers for days, evenings and weekends! Our Assistants work 40-50 hours a week with a fixed schedule and must be at least 18 years of age. This individual needs to be a career-oriented team player with a strong desire to grow within our organization!
