Job summary

The Natelli Group Family, a proud Jimmy John’s Franchisee Owner, is seeking full-time Assistant Managers to lead day-to-day operations, including opening and closing shifts, and to mentor team members. This role offers a structured schedule across days, evenings, and weekends.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast casual dining, are at least 18, and aspire to grow within the organization while enjoying competitive wages and benefits.

• Prior experience in fast casual dining is a plus.
• Management capacity experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Job Summary

Our Assistant Managers are trained and mentored by our store management team to master the day-to-day responsibilities of opening and closing shift within 30-60 days, dependent upon individual development.

We are looking for full-time Assistant Managers for days, evenings and weekends! Our Assistants work 40-50 hours a week with a fixed schedule and must be at least 18 years of age. This individual needs to be a career-oriented team player with a strong desire to grow within our organization!

Requirements
