Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to handle opening and closing duties with a 40–50 hour work week on a fixed schedule. The role requires being at least 18 years old and offers growth within our organization for days, evenings and weekends.

Prior experience in fast casual dining is a plus and necessary for management. We offer competitive wages and benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Open and close store operations as part of daily duties.

Job Summary

Our Assistant Managers are trained and mentored by our store management team to master the day-to-day responsibilities of opening and closing shift within 30-60 days, dependent upon individual development.

We are looking for full-time Assistant Managers for days, evenings and weekends! Our Assistants work 40-50 hours a week with a fixed schedule and must be at least 18 years of age. This individual needs to be a career-oriented team player with a strong desire to grow within our organization!

Requirements
