Job summary

Jimmy John's in North Canton, OH is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, open and close shifts, and coach team members.

The role requires 40–50 hours per week with a fixed schedule; applicants must be at least 18 and eager to grow within our organization.

Experience in fast casual dining is a plus, and we offer competitive wages and benefits, including 401K, medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, plus a free 8” sandwich each shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts within 30-60 days, depending on development.
• Lead day-to-day operations and mentor team members.
• Maintain a high level of customer service during all shifts.

Job Summary

Our Assistant Managers are trained and mentored by our store management team to master the day-to-day responsibilities of opening and closing shift within 30-60 days, dependent upon individual development.

We are looking for full-time Assistant Managers for days, evenings and weekends! Our Assistants work 40-50 hours a week with a fixed schedule and must be at least 18 years of age. This individual needs to be a career-oriented team player with a strong desire to grow within our organization!
