Job summary

Holiday Oil Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for its South Jordan location. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and uphold exceptional customer service while assisting with inventory and scheduling.

You will help train employees, handle cash, and ensure safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. A valid Utah driver’s license and a safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be able to open and close stores on a Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train a team to complete tasks.
• Customer and employee-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt schedules and priorities as needed.
• Must have a safe driving record and Utah driver’s license

Responsibilities

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
