Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Retail experience preferred and demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to open and close stores across Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Familiarity with POS terminals and cash handling procedures.
• basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication and team training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and deposit proceeds.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and evaluating employee performance.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.


• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.


• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.


• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.


• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.

Skills & Requirements:
