Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Retail experience is preferred and prior training experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Basic math and computer skills are necessary for daily operations.
• Customer- and employee-focused approach essential for success.
• Ability to train staff and manage product knowledge.
• Proven ability to stay composed with difficult customers.
• Flexibility to open/close stores on a Sunday through Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
