Job summary

Join Culver's Management Team and lead the restaurant operations with energy and care. You’ll oversee shifts, empower team members, and foster a positive attitude throughout the restaurant.

As a natural leader, you’ll coach and mentor your crew, ensure high guest satisfaction, and maintain compliance with safety procedures while delivering great food and a friendly experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
