Job summary

Culver’s in Michigan is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee shifts, empower team members, and maintain a positive, fast-paced guest experience across the store. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and ensure consistent food quality and service.

The role includes on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and opportunities for career development within Culver’s, with expectations to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
