Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a capable leader to help run premium store operations in Sioux Falls. You will support the Operations Manager, manage employees, stock, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training to deliver a standout customer experience.

You may assume additional management duties in the absence of the Operations Manager. This role offers growth within the Foot Locker family in a dynamic omni-channel retail environment requiring flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in omni-channel retail.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision making, and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills Locate orders.
• Reconciles transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Supports visual merchandising, price adjustments, directives, and store maintenance that impact the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
• Could perform task that execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, company directives, and compliance to include ongoing maintenance that impacts the customer experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction
• Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
