Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations in Saugus, MA. You will help lead a busy team, focus on food safety, customer service, and staff development.

With a strong emphasis on efficiency, teamwork, and open communication, you will help meet goals, train staff, and ensure consistent service while upholding Wonder’s standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and adherence to policies and procedures.
