Wonder is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Rowlett, TX to support the General Manager in daily operations, foster a positive work environment, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the GM and team to maintain food safety and staff safety while ensuring high standards across shifts.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, achieving operational and budget targets, driving sales, and maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of 15+ members in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
