Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Wonder restaurant to support the General Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help train staff, manage safety protocols, and optimize floor coverage to drive sales and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant environment, a 21+ work age, and a Food Manager Certificate. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at our New Haven location.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a 15+ member team in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability including nights and weekends; ability to lift 50 pounds; stand for a full shift.
