Job summary

The Dunkin' franchisee in Salem, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to direct the overall operation of the restaurant, overseeing a team that delivers exceptional guest service.

You will drive sales and profitability, foster teamwork through training, communication and relationship building, and model professional conduct while ensuring compliance with labor laws and brand standards.
