Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in Amherst, NH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire and supervise a team, monitor performance, and ensure execution of the company’s business plan with strong financial results.

As the day-to-day operator, you will train staff, foster teamwork, uphold Dunkin brand standards, and maintain compliance with labor and safety laws. The role offers growth opportunities within the organization.
