Bach Homes, LLC is seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in running a Utah property efficiently. You will help with leasing, receipts, and creating resident retention ideas while marketing across platforms to build a positive online presence.

In this role you will handle weekly reporting, marketing tasks, and occasional property oversight in the manager's absence. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or equivalent customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or Yardi

Name Apartment Community is now seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager to join our team. The assistant manager will be responsible for working with the Property Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the property. Additional responsibilities will include creating new and creative resident retention ideas and implementing them with help of the manager, marketing to current and future residents, and posting to all platforms of social media while creating a positive online presence. In the absence of the Property Manager, the Assistant Manager will be able to assume responsibility for the property.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Prep weekly & monthly statistical reporting
• Current and past resident collections
• All leasing agent duties
• The renewal process for existing residents
• Creating new and creative resident retention ideas a
• Marketing to current and future residents
• Social media Management

Requirements

Schedule

The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
