Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required; supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business is a plus
• Willing to grow into a leadership role; previous AGM experience is helpful but not required

• Supports the GM in coaching, training, and developing team members
• Helps create a positive and productive team culture through professionalism and accountability
• Leads by example during shifts, demonstrating service, efficiency, and adherence to standards
• Participates in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback under GM guidance

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, and cash handling
• Help with inventory control, food cost tracking, and loss prevention
• Learn and support analysis of P&L statements and key performance metrics
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures and brand standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness
• Address guest concerns promptly; escalate more complex issues to the GM
• Actively promote guest engagement and loyalty programs
• Comfortable using POS systems and willing to learn operational and scheduling software
• Basic skills in spreadsheets, digital checklists, and restaurant management tools
• Willing to assist across all restaurant roles as needed to support operations
