CC's Coffee House LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team, coach and support fellow team members, and run daily operations including labor, scheduling, coverage, and waste control while upholding our culture and standards.

You'll guide guests to a warm, exceptional service experience and partner with the General Manager on local marketing initiatives to grow the business and reinforce CC's excellence in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
