Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 3–5 years leadership experience acceptable.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to achieve productivity and world-class customer service.
